PT update patch completion: 1.2.1


It's been a while, hasn't it?

This build of the game has been in development for quite a while in order to iron out some of the fundamental perfomance and crashing issues, as well as redesigning certain aspects that made the game actually unfun to play.
I pretty much went all in with the design philosophy of 'F*ck it we ball', wanting Finest Fable to be at its best with the things that make it special: Whacky items and Combat.

Allow me to list up what has been changed since last time:

  • Reworked Weapon: Broken Shield
  • Reworked Item: General Antidote
  • Reworked Item: Painkillers
  • Reworked Item: Holy Cookies
  • Reworked Map: Uptop Faith
  • Reworked Map: Flooded Caves
  • Reworked Enemy: Living Poisons, now called Man Eaters
  • Added Item: Antibiotics
  • Fixed a tiling error that did not allow you to progress the game.
  • Fixed an event problem where the well couldn't be interacted with.
  • Fixed Mella's Party Joining Jingle.
  • Fixed a problem where the background disappears when you talk with Pointman.
  • Corrected the grass color near the well
  • Fixed Pointman staying on your screen for some instances
  • Fixed the train disappearing in some instances
  • Fixed some a TON of tiling errors
  • Fixed a bug that made the quit button on the title screen not work
  • Fixed a bug that asked for older pictures that don't exist anymore
  • Fixed some footstep sounds not working propperly
  • Fixed a softlock in Twofar's Medical Center
  • Fixed an instance where Mella wouldn't leave your screen.
  • Fixed some grammar issues in Threest's dialogue.
  • Fixed a transfer error in Uptop Faith
  • Added a Discord Server
